FluoRender Latest Development: Registration of Brush Selection
I added a new function to FluoRender that performs image registration only within brush selected regions. In this video, we demonstrate this function using a synthetic data set, which is a time sequence with two objects moving independently. The brush selected object can be registered and its movement stabilized over time. In addition, the script allows ruler tools to be added to sample intensity values over time. The intensity values can be shown in a graph saved in an HTML file.
