FluoRender Latest Development: A Machine-Learning Framework for Component Generation
In this video, we demonstrate the machine-learning module in FluoRender for generating components. Previously, we used the auto-update mode to search for the settings that separated structures within a data set. The machine-learning module keeps records of the history of correct setting and associates them with local data features. When the history records are applied, local data features are used to look up the settings and applied to generate the desired results. It reduces repetitive work of parameter searching when a series of data sets need segmentation.
