Pattern Tracking in A Mask
I added a new script to track patterns instead of components. Create a selection mask using the paint brush and then assign a component ID to the mask. Select the new script and then play the 4D data set. In the example, the highlighted structure moves downward slightly. The mask tracks the movement in the result. We can study the change of intensity over time, since the movement of the selected structure is stabilized.
