I added an initial implementation of a rigid-body image registration in FluoRender. It works for both 2D image sequences and 3D volume sequences. Application to multichannel data is planned. It leverages GPU computing and registration results are generated at near real-time when the time sequence is played. The method is also applied to tracking objects. This video demonstrates the basics of how to use them. Two scripts are associated with the new functions, registrate and track_mask.
