Martinique Lighthouse
3 dashes orange bitters
1 oz lemon juice (30 ml)
1 ¼ oz pineapple juice 37.5 ml)
½ oz calamansi syrup (15 ml)
½ oz passion fruit syrup (15 ml)
¾ oz fino sherry - Tio Pepe (22.5 ml)
¾ oz oz unaged agricole rhum- Trios Rivieres Blanc (22.5 ml)
¾ oz oz blanco tequila - Ocho Blanco (22.5 ml)
¾ oz oz Chilean pisco - El Gobernador (22.5 ml)

Calamansi Syrup
10 oz calamasi juice + 10 oz of a 2:1 simple syrup and ½ oz orange flower water. Since I used my own calamansi syrup, I added 1 drop of orange flower water to the cocktail.
