I do not think many people will stumble upon this demonstration but I remember the first time I discovered the strength of copy/paste Tools in Revit. It is NOT just making a copy of something and placing it elsewhere randomly in the local area of the project.
The best feature by far is being able to copy large amounts of objects spanning multiple levels and then past them into multiple levels at the same time as multiple instances. Like you can copy a floor of a skyscraper and make an unlimited number of iterations of the floor as long as your level markers are set to represent the floors.
You can also copy things in place, into other projects on the same coordinates, on specific levels by choosing in elevation, to other views, and a few other related things. It is very powerful and fairly intuitive. The other related feature is that you can choose an object and copy its properties and then match the properties to other similar objects. You can change a group of windows or trees to match others, or a related match with this function. Revit Power Up.
