Eggplants - 800g - 1kg
Garlic - 4 cloves
Bay leaf - 2 pcs.
Black pepper (whole) - 8 pcs.
Allspice (whole) - 4 pcs.
Salt - 0.5 tbsp.
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Vinegar - 3-4 tbsp. (50 ml)
Water (boiling)

Ingredients for a 3-liter jar:

Eggplants - 1.6-2 kg
Garlic - 8 cloves
Bay leaf - 4 pcs.
Black pepper (whole) - 16 pcs.
Allspice (whole) - 8 pcs.
Salt - 1 tbsp.
Sugar - 2 tbsp.
Vinegar - 6-8 tbsp. (100 ml)
