The "Tbilisi" salad combines many traditional Georgian products and spices. The salad is vibrant, aromatic, refreshing, spicy, and the beef adds heartiness to it. Be sure to make this Georgian delicacy and enjoy! 🥗🥩🌶🧅

RECIPE

Boiled beef (turkey, chicken) - 200-300 g
Canned or boiled red beans - 300-400 g
Bell pepper (large) - 1 pc.
Red onion (medium) - 1 pc.
Hot pepper (seeded) - 1/2 pc.
Walnuts (toasted) - 50-100 g
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
Cilantro - to taste
Spice "Khmeli-suneli" - a pinch
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice (wine vinegar or 9% vinegar) - 2 tbsp.
Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp.
