It seems like such a simple dish - syrniki, but often they don't turn out right. I've shared with you a recipe for syrniki that always come out perfect. Just consider some of my little secrets and you'll have syrniki with a golden crust and a tender inside on your table. They can be served with jam, honey, condensed milk, or sour cream. Cook them up and enjoy! 🍮😋

RECIPE

Cottage cheese 9% - 1 pack (180 g)
Egg yolk - 1 piece
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Vanilla sugar - 1/2 packet (5 g)
Salt - a pinch
Flour - 1 tbsp (heaped) + additional for coating (2-3 tbsp)
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tbsp (for frying)
