That likely indicates the need to replace the Serpentine Belt. These belts have grooves that fit into matching ones in the metal pulleys. Over time, friction wears down the grooves, resulting in cracks, breaks and overall loose fit. Thus, a worn belt can begin to slip and emanate squealing sounds.
Serpentine belts are essential to the vehicle operation. As the engine runs, the crankshaft turns the belt that rotates other mechanical systems on the chain such as power steering (hydraulic assist to your steering), alternator (charges the battery and powers electrical systems), and A/C compressor (cools the interior). Aging belts can snap or slip off and cause those systems to no longer operate.
Most vehicles have an indicator on the Belt Tensioner (a spring pulley that creates tension by pushing against the belt) that points within a marked range to gauge whether the belt is becoming loose and needs replacement. Mine was slightly out of range as illustrated in the video.
