How to check continuity with a multimeter?
Multimeter setting: Insert Black probe at common Jack and Red probe at Voltage input terminal jack,
Identify the continuity symbol on the dial and turn the dial to that position,
The multimeter powers up in lowest resistance range and continuity symbol appears on the display.
The meter may show "OL" reading on the display, It is because now there is no electrical connection between the test leads.
Now touch the probes with each other, If the meter beeps and gives zero reading, that means the meter is working fine.
Follow all safety procedures before taking the measurement, Like Disconnect power and Discharge the capacitors.
A good fuse, electric wire, and PCB electrical tracks must have continuity.
