Popsicle Cake
Ingredients:
Milk 100 ml.
Butter 30 ml.
Vegetable oil 50 ml.
Flour 150g.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 120g.
Baking powder 10g.
Vanilla or vanilla sugar
Cocoa 3 tbsp/spoon
Boiling water 100 ml.
For the cream:
Condensed milk 150g.
Mascarpone 500g.
Preparation:
Mix all the dry ingredients, combine sugar, eggs and all the liquid ingredients in a separate bowl, combine the dry and liquid ingredients and stir until smooth, at the end pour in boiling water and stir quickly. We distribute it on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven. For the cream, whisk mascarpone and condensed milk until smooth.
