New features: 3D Fresnel zone, Route analysis, Multipoint analysis
Brief demo of 3 new features in the CloudRF 3D web interface.
Fresnel zone: Visualise the power cone around a given link. Green is clear, red is blocked and it scales by wavelength so a VHF signal has a bigger zone than a UHF signal. This is handy for long range microwave links.
Route analysis: Draw a freehand route to test 100 points back to the marker (receiver) location. Points use the form's input parameters and are styled according to the colour schema. This works in 3D for aircraft and drones and can also be useful for urban modelling with 3D buildings.
Multipoint analysis: Click candidate points to quickly test links back to the marker (receiver) location. Links use the form's input parameters and this works for aircraft also. This is useful for quick tests without generating a full path profile report.
