[20TH EXTREME DEMON] Digital Descent 100% - Geometry Dash (Extreme Demon)
My 20th Extreme Demon! This is currently my 2nd hardest achievement behind Sonic Wave and after Artificial Ascent. Thank you so much for your support in 2021! :)
Genuinely one of the most mixed feelings I have ever had with an Extreme Demon.
On one hand, many parts are incredible. Parts like Terron, Samifying, Galvatron, Serponge and Rustam are so fun to play from any percentage. These parts not only shine through decorative aspects but gameplay and feel as well. I had a blast learning, playing and completing these parts.
While some parts like Nasgubb, Manix, Loogiah, Galvatron and Vlacc are hella chokeable, they are at least fun to play and satisfying to beat. I have had no issues with ay of the parts stated above, though I did die at Galvatron like 5 times lol.
On the other hand, Viprin, Devon and especially Etzer are way above the general difficulty of the level to the extent that it effectively kills the level in its entirety. Viprin is inconsistent as heck, Devon is the hardest part of the level, and Etzer is pure spicy hot garbage. To elaborate on Etzer's part, it feels like he took one of the stuff that he scammed from people, sold it, bought a blunt, smoked it and immediately made this part to try to explain how he feels when on drugs. And I'll tell ya, It definitely had that exact f**kin effect.
I will say, though, that this level, including Devon and Etzer, becomes INCREDIBLY consistent over time. On the last day of trying this level out, 90% of my deaths were at Nasgubb, Devon and Etzer, especially the latter two. This came to the extent of which it felt very annoying to keep reaching 45% and just insta-dying over and over again. It's honestly very boring to do so.
Nevertheless, this level is AMAZING and I definitely recommend trying this level out for yourself. I beat this on my birthday (23 December) as well, so that's fun. x)
Overall, an amazing sequel to its even more spectacular predecessor. :)
