A 8 minutes full body workout that was totaly adapted for water polo players to doing at home.
I created a mix of the bests cardio exercises, CORE exercises and handling skills exercises, you just need a ball, a wall and your bodywheight.
This video is full length which means you can just follow along with whatever I'm doing.
