In this video I bring an excellent leg workout to do at home, where I'm doing an integrated work with ball to make the exercises more dynamic.
There are four simple exercises to do, but with a special touch of ball handling skills.

4 ROUNDS:
1 - Jumping Squat with pass holding isometric (5 reps)
2 - Walking Lunge with pass position (10 reps)
3 - Lunge with Front Pass (10 reps each side)
4 - Wall Sit (until fatigue)
