This week's Member Surprise is Balsam Fir Salt from Burlap and Barrel. Whether it's sprinkled over brownies, mixed into a medley of root vegetables, or used as a finishing salt for steamed fish or shrimp, you'll find so many uses for this special salt.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Selway lettuce, Early Mizuna, Lacinato Kale, a Hybrid Kale, and sprinkles of Chervil. In our yellow box you'll find Miz America Mizuna, Red Streak Mustard, Micro Kale, and Lemon Basil. We're also featuring tons of herbs and edible flowers this week like Pea shoots, Blue Spice Basil, Begonia Leaves, Oxalis, Nasturtiums, Violas, Nepitella, Marigolds, Begonias, and Toothache button.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are Shiitake and Lion's Mane Mushrooms.
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are Orange Flower, Carrot Cake, and Wow Ram.
