Every delivery includes a surprise from a local food business. This week, we’re bringing you Climate Cookery's Kick + Tang Sauce. Take tart tamarind, mix with fiery habaneros and round out with roasted garlic, and you get a sauce that goes with everything.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week features Early Mizuna, Mesculn mix, Toscano Kale, Agnostic Kale, and Micro Carrot. In our yellow box you'll find Red Streak Mustard, Lime Streak Mustard, Red Mizuna, and Thai Basil. We also featuring Rau Ram, Candy Pop Mint, Toothache Buttons, Pluto Basil, and Violas.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms is Shiitake and Maitake mushrooms with a surprise of mushroom cocoa.
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are Red or Dead, Orange Flower, and Grapes of Wrath.
