All deliveries this week include a bag of KG’s Bagel Chips. They are working to help solve the food waste problem in NYC by upcycling bagels into delicious snacks that can be enjoyed anywhere, anytime. KG’s Bagel Chips are made from authentic, hand-rolled Brooklyn bagels with organic seasonings supplied by a local start-up.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Early Mizuna, Gourmet Lettuce, Toscano Kale, Kohlrabi, and Red Acre Cabbage. In our yellow box you'll find a Miz America Mizuna, Lime Streak Mustard, Micro Kale, and Micro Celery. We're also featuring Lemon Basil, Peas, Blue Spice basil, Dianthus Flowers, Marigolds, Opal Basil, Blue Spice Basil, Oxalis, Toothache Buttons, and Nepitella Flowers.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are Blue Oyster and Lion’s Mane with a surprise of porcini powder..
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are WOW Ram, Orange Flower, and Grapes of Wrath.
