Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Early Mizuna, Mesclun Mix, Gourmet lettuce Mix,Siberian Kale, and sprinkles of Chervil. In our Microgreen box you'll find Red Streak Mustard, Barbarossa, Siberian Kale, and sprinkle of parsley. We're also featuring beautiful herbs and edible flowers this week like Pea Shoots, Red Thai Basil, Oxalis leaves, Toothache Buttons, Marigold, Dianthus, Begonia, and Viola Flowers.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are a mix of Maitake and Royal Trumpet mushrooms.
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. Power through your days with the smoothies of the week: Carrot Cake, Red or Dead, and Biscay Green. The full list of ingredients can be found here.
