This week's surprise is a little different and very special. On behalf of all of our Members, we're making a donation to Emma's Torch to help support refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking through culinary education.
Our Greens Pack is a locally grown fresh produce delivery for NYC of baby greens, microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers from Farm.One's diverse growing range of over 700 plants. This week's menu features an array of greens like our Early Mizuna, Red Oakleaf Lettuce, Toscano Kale, and Purslane. In our yellow box you'll find a Miz America Mizuna, Red Streak Mustard, and Micro Parsley. We're also featuring Dianthus Flowers, Marigolds, Lemon Basil, Opal Basil, Blue Spice Basil, Oxalis, Toothache Buttons, and Nepitella Flowers.
Our Shrooms Pack is a subscription of a rotating selection of exotic mushrooms, grown by our friends at Smallhold Mushrooms in Brooklyn. This week's mushrooms are Maitake and Shiitake with a surprise of Chanterelle powder.
Our Smoothie Pack is a rotating menu of chef created smoothies that all contain flavors grown at Farm.One. This week's smoothies are Wow Ram, Orange Flower, and Red or Dead.
