This dangerous habit can destroy testosterone by up to -40%.
Remember, the RDA for protein is around 0.36g per pound of BW, so don't confuse "high protein" (meaning more than the RDA, or around 1 to 1.5g per pound of BW, which is what I usually recommend), with "excessive protein", which means more protein than your body can process, or so much protein that you sacrifice fats and/or carbohydrates. But overall, remember that as with all things, the optimal intake depends on the individual and their goals (cutting vs maintaining or bulking, their insulin sensitivity, their genetics, PED use, and other things).
