Hey, it's been awhile.
Back at it again with another Todoroki video. I started this in February, but I put it on the backburner because 1) I've been busy with life 2) I wanted to wait for more Shoto scenes in Season 5 and 3) I just haven't been inspired.
Randomly came across Neoni here on YT a few months ago and I've been obsessed with their music. They're amazing and so talented. Their music is so epic and empowering. And this song was tailor made for Todoroki. It just fits him so well in his journey about finding strength to heal his emotional scars from his trauma and taking back his fire power, after rejecting that side of himself. Todoroki is a special character to me. I deeply empathize with him. He's such a fascinating and inspiring character to me. I just love him so much. Season 5 has been awesome in expanding on his character (I don't read the manga) and has made me love him so much more. I'm so hyped for the rest of the season. And hoping for the new movie to get released here in the US soon because it looks so awesome!! I have to applaud both Yuki Kaji and David Matranga. They both give excellent performances in giving Shoto a voice. And they've been exceptional this season. Also the amazing animators for always going all out on Shoto and making my boy look so good. :)
So the video is short, but I'm happy with it. Hopefully I can find other songs to make Todoroki videos that don't involve fire. Because it feels like all the songs I have in mind for possible Todoroki videos are about fire lol. But we do indeed stan a badass (icy)hot king!!!!
