125g 0% Greek Yoghurt (Fage or Skyr)
90ml of sugar free nut milk
15g Sugar free Jello Pudding - White Chocolate/Vanilla
3/4 tsp Xantham Gum
4 tsp Stevia
200g Frozen Strawberries/swap out for ice if you want to save more cals
