Following the mayhem of my birthday cheat day, I decided to try the 48 hours with NO FOOD Challenge. The rules are pretty simple - eat no food and drink only water or zero calorie drinks such as black coffee. There are many benefits to fasting and also some downsides as well so expect to find out exactly how I felt before, during and after no food for 48 hours.
