0:10 Hello everyone and welcome to Ngage Tech Tips. I'm Kyle and today we're going to be going over how to fix arrow key scrolling in Excel.
0:19 Okay, first thing we're going to need to do here is open up Excel, come in here to a blank worksheet, so as of right now if you go down with your arrow keys, or back up, you can see that it navigates through the cells however, if you want to be able to move side to side or up and down with the scroll bar the arrow keys will not let you do that.
0: 48 What you have to do is hit Scroll Lock, and that allows you to move up and down with the arrow keys. The scroll lock should be fairly easy to find it's usually at the top right of your keyboard. Let me give you a little... it doesn't actually say scroll lock it says SCRLK.
1:09 So you simply press that and now you get the exact same thing. Now on a regular keyboard this can be located somewhere up here or possibly a function key.
