Desktop computers especially, but even tablets and laptops, are extremely inconvenient to service. Trying to disconnect everything from a desktop computer, bring it for servicing, get overcharged for what seems like very little work, then having to figure out where it all goes after you get home can be quite daunting. With Ngage we cut out all of the excess. As long as you have Internet access, we can take a look at your PC.
Typical issues that we handle are:
• Virus/Spyware/Malware/Trojan/Root kit removal
• Application installation
• Microsoft Office product support
• Various email provider support
• Consulting services for the everyday user
• And much, much more!
Using remote desktop software on-demand we only have access when you say its ok and, when you're ready for us to not have access to your computer, you just close the software. By doing this we mitigate overhead, we cut down on both your time and the time it would take for a technician to arrive, and we cut out excess infrastructure. Maximizing efficiency this way reduces the price point significantly; we're extending those savings to you!
By choosing Ngage you're making the right choice. Save time, save money and save all those precious files and memories. Ngage is here for you!

0:00 Hello everyone and welcome to Ngage Tech Tips. This is Kyle. Today we’re going to be going over how to use or disable the windows ink workspace on windows 10.
0:21 Ok so the first thing we’re going to need to do is come down here to the bottom right and if you do not have the workspace icon as I do not we’re going to come to settings, open this up here then personalize and come to the taskbar. Scroll down just a little bit and you’ll see turn system icons on or off once you selected this you’ll be able to pick out basically any of the settings you want to have on down there now obviously power would be on if you have a laptop.
0:58 Let’s see here windows ink workspace we’re going to turn that on as you can see it just appeared right here for me. So we’re going to go back now we’re going to devices, pen and windows ink, here are all of our options for pen and windows ink if we scroll through we can actually select pretty much anything we want to do whether it’s double click select once, press and hold, supported only on some pens. If you are left or right-handed. You can change all these options here.
