How to Create 3D Camera Tracking in After Effects
In this video, I will tell you how to use 3D camera tracking in Adobe After Effects. Here I have inserted a video clip that i've downloaded from Pexels dot com. go to the Effects and Presets panel. Look for the 3D Camera Tracker effect. Add the effect to the video clip.
Wait for the process to analyze to completion. The processing time depends on the duration and how many frames are in the video clip. If it has finished analyzing, it will automatically go through the Solving Camera process. If both processes have been successful, then in the video preview there are several automatic tracking markers that can be used.
I will try to use the automatic tracker on the right wall. To insert an image, right-click. After that, select Create Solid and Camera. After the Solid Track has appeared on the timeline, Precompose the layer.
Double-click to enter the Track Solid composition. Hide the layer. After that, add the image you want to insert into the timeline. Set the position and scale of the image. If the size of the composition is not appropriate, you can change it through Composition Settings.
In the composition settings on the timeline, you can change the scale, position, and rotation. To make it look a little more realistic, add a Drop Shadow effect. Set the settings on the Drop Shadow as we need.
