In this video, I will show you how to easily create an effect like water being hit by raindrops. The first step is to create a New Adjustment Layer. You can also add a New Solid Layer for a video project that requires you to place the effect only in certain areas. Or you can also place the effect directly in the photo or video.
After I created the Adjustment Layer, I added the CC Drizzle effect. And now it looks like there is a kind of falling water droplet effect. To increase the amount of drip effect, you can adjust the Drip Rate value. In this effect settings panel, you can also set the values of Longevity, Rippling, Displacement, Ripple Height, and Spreading.
Apart from those settings, we can expand the Light and Shading settings. In the Light settings, we can change several setting options. If you want to add light points, you can change the Light Type section to Point Light.
In the Shading settings, we can change the Ambient, Diffuse, Specular, Roughness, and Metal value settings. If you want to add an Image, and want the image to have a Dizzle effect, then you have to put the Image layer, under the Adjustment layer. And the result will be like this.
Thanks for watching. And see you in another tutorial.
