Beef Rice Pilaf / Nasi Pilaf Daging
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
1 kg basmati rice
5 carrots
3 yellow onions
1 & 1/2 tbsp Shan Pilau briyani spices
Ginger & garlic paste
Black raisins / golden raisins
1/2 tsp sugar
Salt to taste
Fried Sambal Chicken
Ingredients:
Fried whole chicken - marinate with tumeric, chillie powder and salt
1 cinnamon stick 2 star anise, 4 cloves & 3 cardamoms
1/2 cup chillie paste
1/2 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
4 tbsp chillie Sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
Salt & sugar to taste
Mint Leaves
Coriander leaves
