Kuih Serimuka
Ingredients:
800g glutinous rice
200 ml coconut cream
200 ml water
Salt to taste
Pandan leaves
1 & 1/2 cups plain flour or 10 tbsp plain flour (adjust)
2 tbsp corn flour
2 eggs
300 ml pandan juice
200 ml coconut cream
3/4 cup coarse sugar
Salt to taste
