Kek Roll Nenas / Pineapple Roll Cake
Pineapple Jam
Ingredients:
5 Pineapples
250g rock sugar
Sugar to taste
6 cloves
1/2 tsp yellow colouring
3 -4 tbsp golden syrup
Ingredient A : Sift
140g Cake flour or Hong kong flour
3 tbsp skimmed milk
1 tsp baking powder ( Double Action)
Ingredient B :
160g Anchor butter (salted) - melted
12 egg yolks
5 egg whites
210g castor sugar
3 tbsp F&N condensed milk
1 & 1/2 tbsp ovalette
2 tsp vanilla essence
Baking trays :
9” x 9” x 1”
Greaseproof baking paper 60" x 40 "
Clingwrap
Chocolate emulco or Coffee emulco (optional)
