Bioinformatic tools online - Hisat2 for Alignment. Effects of read trimming and program versions
In this video, we will do a Hisat2 alignment on our trimmed reads from the Trimmomatic video and we will evaluate if trimming had a positive effect on the alignment. Also we will test, how different program versions of Hisat2 perform on our test data.
