This video is the first video in the ChIPseq-analysis playlist and it describes, how you can analyze ChIPseq-datasets with the webtool "Bioinformatic tools online". Here we start with the BWA (Burrows-Wheeler Aligner) which is applied in a first step to align sequencing reads to a reference genome.
