Bioinformatic tools online - Introduction video
In this video the program "Bioinformatic tools online" is presented. With that bioinformatic analyses can be done easily in a web interface without coding knowledge or linux terminals.
You can perform RNA-sequencing analyses starting with FastQC and Trimmomatic. Alignment is implemented by Hisat2. Post-Processing includes Samtools, Picard, featureCounts and Stringtie. DGE analysis can be performed by DESeq2, DEseq, EdgeR or Ballgown.
Each program comes with various versions to enable Reproducible Bioinformatics.
