Bioinformatic tools online - Running FastQC in various versions
In this video I show you how you can run FastQC in the "Bioinformatic tools online" program. Normally, you would need a terminal to use it. Now you can run it in this easily-to-use web interface.
I also show you, that you can run FastQC in various program versions and we find out, that one feature was removed in 0.11.6, which was still there in 0.11.5.
