Bioinformatic tools online - Differential Gene Expression analysis (DESeq2, DESeq, EdgeR)
In this video, I show you, how you can do a DGE analysis with "Bioinformatic tools online" We start from sorted bam-files coming from a random set of 6 fastq-files and do all post-processing steps until we are ready for the DGE. We look for differences in the results, when using DEseq2, DEseq or EdgeR as DGE-tool. We also test the outcome of different program versions of DESeq2.
At the end, I show you that for reproducible data analysis, the choice of the program as well as the program version are of high importance.
