The Beatles: Twist And Shout Full Cover
After a while off from making these videos, we spend some recent time making a full cover of the famously known song Twist And Shout! We thought it would be a cool one to get experimenting with vocals on our own mix, especially trying to replicate Lennon's aggressive singing on this track.
This cover is a complete reproduction using the same guitars and equipment The Beatles used in recording this song. After studying various tracks from the album and track, we discovered that Lennon is on his Gibson J-160E as the aggressive sound hole noise is audible though the right channel vocal mic. Harrison using his Gretsch Duo Jet is audible with that distinct DynaSonic pickup sounds heard throughout the entirety of the song.
