To create an animation effect on such a fast-moving object, it is quite easy. In this project, I have created a blue background, and have also inserted an apolo image. To start creating the effect, create a new solid layer. I will name it Speed Lines.

In the color option, I will use Black. Next step, add the Turbulent Noise effect. On Contrast, I changed it to 800. And for Brightness -100. Expand the Transform settings. Uncheck the Uniform Scaling section. In Scale Width, I change it to 25.0. And for Scale Height 3000.0. But if you create a project vertically, then the values in Width and Height must be reversed.

After that, activate the Keyframe on Offset Turbulence. Open the Expression Control view by holding down the Alt key, then clicking the keyframe icon. Hover over the value settings on the left. Change the last temp to time*5000.

And next, activate the keyframe on Evolution. Open the Expression Control view. then change the command to time*1000. The speed line effect has been successfully created. Move the Speed Lines layer under the object layer.

Change the mode option to Screen. And the result will be like this. Thank you for watching. See you in another tutorial.
