Prof. Rao presents a brief description of most of the institutions he is associated with as a student, faculty, researcher and consultant. Besides co-creating NHRDN and AHRD, Dr. Rao has facilitated institutional diagnosis and self renewal for a dozen institutes. Brief sketch is presented here.
