Institution Building: Who Gets Credit? While are built by a few individuals who ideate, conceptualise, define vision mission objectives values and culture, operationalise and stabilise, expand, diversify, enhance impact etc. there are many other stakeholders holders at different points of time who contribute to all these processes. They are often ignored or not give due recognition. This video takes examples of an institution like IIMA and a professional body like ISABS and argues for credits to various stakeholders and members besides the Founders. Institution building is a continuous process and a large number of actors build and keep building the institution mostly by participation and active engagement in action and reflection and review.
