Listening to shorter versions don’t give the essence of the thought. Elaboration gives deeper insights, enlarges your brain and its neural connection and puts you to a deeper learning mode and develops your listening, thinking and analytical capabilities. You can get the essence of a film by seeing its trial or an article or book by reading summary. But real learning is in the elaboration ( full picture, article or book). While exposure to short posts enhances your breadth of learning and exposure, depth of learning comes from elaboration.
