Today we make a slight variation to my Tiki Eggnog recipe that I shared last year in a YouTube short. The only real difference here is more rum and a touch more allspice, but if you want to increase the spices or add anything else I say go for it. The foundation of this eggnog is @jeffmorgen Clyde Common’s Tequila-Sherry Egg Nog which features an Amontillado sherry (https://jeffreymorgenthaler.com/clyde.... The sherry is significantly dialed down here and in the background, but still there to provide a nice unique and nutty flavor. If you want to experience more of that, just add more and leave everything else the same.
Final ABV was actually around 11%

5 oz of Rum (40 ish % ABV)
4 oz OFTD Rum (69 ish % ABV)
4 oz Amontillado sherry
1 oz allspice dram ( • How to make your own Allspice Dram that's ... )
225 grams of sugar (about. 1 ¼ cups)
18 oz whole milk
12 oz heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp vanilla paste or ½ a vanilla bean
1 tsp fresh ground cinnamon
1 tsp fresh ground nutmeg
