Surprise Inside Rainbow Sprinkle Cake
@SingingBaker on Instagram whipped up this rainbow surprise cake for us in honor or Pride Month!
💛 Bake up your favorite cake recipe for two 8" or 9" rounds and toss in extra sprinkles before baking
💙 Cut both cakes in half and create a half moon in the center of 2 of the halves
🧡 Pipe buttercream around the edges with the center cut out and put the two pieces together then pipe the edges of one of the other halves and connect it to the pieces with the cut outs
💚 Pour Wilton Rainbow Sprinkle Mix into the center of the cake, fill it to the brim to help maintain the structure of the cake
💜 Pipe the edges of the cake and add the final end piece then turn the cake right side up making the shape of a rainbow.
❤️Frost the cake with sky blue frosting then pipe your rainbow of colors with tip 21
