Summer Dessert Idea: Ice Cream Cake Pop Cones
An ice cream cone with a twist in honor of National Ice Cream Day🍦🧁 Instead of a scoop of ice cream, make cake pops by using leftover cake from the fridge.
Here’s how you can create them:
💜 Scoop out some cake (with frosting on it) with ice cream scoop and ball it in your hands.
💜Cover cake balls with Bright White Candy Melts and Rainbow Nonpareil sprinkles on top
💜Add sprinkles or hard candies inside an ice cream cone, then add a layer of frosting around the edges to hold the cake pop on top
💜Add more sprinkles around the outside and let set for 5-10 minutes to harden.
