How to Decorate Flat Top Cupcakes
Baking Hack: Do you know how to make a flat top cupcakes? It's easier than you think! 🧁
1️⃣Frost a cupcake with a generous dollop of buttercream
2️⃣ Flip the cupcake upside down and gently press onto parchment paper
3️⃣ Place the cupcake now attached to the paper into the freezer for 15-30 minutes
4️⃣ Gently peel the paper off (if it sticks put it back in the freezer until it peels easily off) and use a warm offset spatula to smooth out any creases
5️⃣ Decorate and enjoy - you did it! 🎉
