I had a patient come in with some intermittent tingling in their hand. After an exam and ruling out other causes. They were diagnosed with arterial thoracic outlet syndrome. They specifically had some tight muscles around the shoulder and neck compressing an artery going into their upper extremity.
These are the two pieces of homework I sent them home with to loosen things up and start feeling better. Hope it helps you out!
