Thoracic Outlet Syndrome: Self Myofascial Release on the Pec Minor and The Doorway Stretch
I had a patient come in with some intermittent tingling in their hand. After an exam and ruling out other causes. They were diagnosed with arterial thoracic outlet syndrome. They specifically had some tight muscles around the shoulder and neck compressing an artery going into their upper extremity.
