Hey everyone, come on in! Today I'm going to let you take a peek at my world of game development. Specifically, I'm going to show you my process for creating graphics for my games and putting them into my games.

For developing games, I use the Godot Game Engine. I've been using it for several years, and it is definitely my favorite. I love how easy it is to use to make a game, but flexible if you need it to do something it wasn't 100% made to do out-of-the box.

For creating graphics for my games, I mostly use Affinity Designer. I find Affinity Designer to be very user friendly, especially to those who are coming from Adobe products. I like it because it only requires a one-time payment of $50 and then you completely own it -- no subscription needed. It is an extremely capable vector graphics software package, lacking only the most niche features from Adobe Illustrator. No, I'm not sponsored by Affinity (although, I wouldn't mind it!), I just really love their products.

By the end of this video, you'll see just how easy it can be to use Affinity Designer to create high resolution graphics for your games, and you'll see how easy it is to get these graphics into your Godot engine games (it's really easy!).

Thanks for watching, I really appreciate it! If you could like/subscribe/click the notification bell and all that jazz, it would really mean a lot to me and would let me know to keep making more videos like this. Be excellent to each other, and I'll see you next time!
