This video is experience sharing by my mom's friend who is a retired nurse with experience in caring for bedridden patients. She emphasized on the importance of light passive exercises for loved ones who are immobile or bedridden. Without exercise or movement, their joints will stiffen and they would turn into a pretzel or a fetal position which would then make any movements very painful. This is easily preventable through doing passive exercises for them and would take like maybe 15 minutes a day.
