Elderly / persons/ toddlers with compromised health need to go hospital when get Covid
Earlier the month I contracted covid. The first few days I had no symptoms. By the time I started getting fever and aches, and suspected I had covid, it was too late as I would have likely infected my mom.
True enough, as I was recovering, she started getting fever. She was hospitalized in a special Covid ward for 5 days and I was with her as her caregiver.
For elderly with chronic health issues, babies, toddlers and those with weak health, please get them to the hospital to check. The doctor will determine if they need to be hospitalized. If yes, they will likely administer anti viral medication which can bring down the fever almost immediately.
